Aftercare Assistant

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Aftercare Assistant for a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent role, paying £26,000 - £29,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required roughly two times per week. Site attendance will also be required.

The role:

• Logging and monitoring defects using Clixifix, administering and coordinating appointments with residents and main contractors
• To provide excellent customer services to our customers by acting as the first point of contact for all queries and complaints regarding defects
• To provide administrative and diagnostic support to the team to ensure all defects are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner
• Attend site and meet residents from time to time to resolve defect
• Assist with the end of defects inspections with the Development Team

What You Need:

• A proven track record of working within a new build customer care environment
• Experience of using Clixifix software - Desirable
