Class 2 driver

Got People are recruiting for HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver in Amersham please note this is a temp - perm role. In your role as a customer delivery driver, you will be required to unload where required with the help of driver's mate. You would have to demonstrate high standard of load security at all times and representing the company with a professional approach.

 Requirements of a HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver 

• Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 24 months commercial Class 2 Driving experience
• No more than 3 points (No DR,DD or IN)
• Must have the correct PPE – Hi-Vis and Safety Boots

Pay Rates & Further Details:

• Rates:

          Basic: £15.00 per hour

          Overtime (After 8 Hours) : £22.50 per hour

• Start Time: various AM starts
• Working Week: Monday - Friday 
• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed, overtime available.
• Temp to Perm position
• Duration: Temp - Perm

Role of a HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver 

• Complete 2 to 12 drops per day
• Complete vehicle checks
• Driver Mate
• Secure and deliver product daily
• Excellent communication with stores and Transport Team.
• Being flexible
• Delivering to London and Home Counties.
• Manual handling is involved in this role using electric pallet truck on board.
• Offloading at customer sites.
