As a Finance Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company financial records, processing invoices, and assisting the finance team in the Ammanford area.

Description

The Role:

路 Maintain credit control systems and follow department procedures.

路 Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies.

路 Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

路 Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.

路 Coordinate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate record keeping.

路 Provide customer service regarding collection issues.

路 Conduct credit checks on new customers.

Profile

The Ideal Candidate:

路 Experience in a similar role and/or strong administration experience.

路 Excellent IT skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel .

路 Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

路 A practical understanding of credit control procedures and principles, ideally.

路 Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

路 Excellent communication and organisational skills.
