This role will see you working for a long-established Pharmaceutical Organisation with a large presence in Northern Ireland. The company has been renowned for their IT department in recent years, earning rewards such as 'Overall IT Company of the Year', 'IT Project Team of the Year' AND 'Digital Project Team of the Year'. This company has seen increased growth throughout recent years, and due to rapid expansion, and due to this level of growth, need you to help secure their tech infrastructure!
Your new role
You will be working within the compliance side of information security, ensuring that the organisation is compliant to industry standards. You will develop and ensure the regulation of these standards while revising company policies and procedures in line with their current Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). You will be placed in a position of trust and will educate and train other members of the organisation to adhere to the practices you have outlined and be a point of contact for concerns on legal compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will Ideally have a background in Cyber/Information Security. You will have worked within a GRC or regulatory and compliance related role prior for approximately 3 years, with an ambition to continue your development. You will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to utilise strong written and verbal communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. If you have achieved a CISSP or CRISC certification, you will be highly desirable for this role!
