From opulent accommodations to exquisite dining options, they pride themselves on providing guests with an unforgettable stay that exceeds their every expectation. Role Overview As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests. From check-in to check-out, you will ensure that every aspect of their stay is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests and preferences.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including the lobby and reception area.
  • Always uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
 Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is an advantage.
