We are seeking a Maintenance Operative to work as part of our in-house maintenance team. The post would suit someone who has experience in basic carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and decorating, although this is not essential. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dynamic and busy Estates team carrying our planned and reactive maintenance to help maintain the appearance and functionality of the site.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30 16.00, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Uniform, tools, and lunch are provided. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
