Our client is looking for a Caretaker for a job role based in Ashford, Surrey.
Job Description: Caretaker (Daytime or Evening)
Hours: 45 Hours per week (Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00) OR 45 Hours per week (Monday to Friday: 13:00 to 22:00) with a 30 minute paid break for lunch.
Salary: £29,260 Location: Ashford, Surrey
Duties:
- Check site regularly for any potential Health and Safety issues
- Morning and afternoon gate duties
- Maintenance and management of schedule of works to ensure that the site is kept operational.
- Repair and maintenance tasks, painting
- Maintenance of the grounds to a high standard; ensure grounds are litter free.
- Overseeing out of hours activities.
- D1 licence desirable or willingness to complete relevant training.
- Open or lock up the premises.
- Regular painting of internal rooms and communal areas.
Requirements:
Must have a full UK Driving License
Must have painting experience
Checkable 5 year history
