Gap Personnel is working with a fantastic company in Attleborough, a leading company in their field specialising in Food Production are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an NPD Junior in a permanent position.
Are you passionate about food innovation and looking to kickstart your career in New Product Development (NPD)?
Shifts: Monday to Thursday 08:00AM – 16:30PM and Friday 08:00AM – 16:00PM
Starting Salary: £23,497.76 PA - £25,500 PA depending on experience
As an NPD Junior, your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in the development of new food-based products from concept to launch
- Conduct research on market trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations
- Support in the creation of product specifications and documentation
Requirements:
- previous hands-on experience in a kitchen/ food-based environment,
- Strong interest and passion for food product development,
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
