Are you a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in an inclusive and nurturing school community?

An inspirational primary school in Burnham is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs in KS1 and KS2. You'll join a friendly, vibrant team who are deeply committed to ensuring every child thrives emotionally, socially, and academically.

The Role:
  • 1:1 and small group SEN support

  • Assisting with personalised learning plans and interventions

  • Supporting children with ASD, speech & language, and behaviour needs

  • Encouraging social inclusion and positive learning behaviours

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

About You:
  • Experience supporting children with special educational needs (in school or outside formal settings)

  • A calm, caring, and encouraging presence

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

  • Degree holders or those interested in future teacher training are warmly encouraged to apply
