We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to overseefood and beverage operations.

As the Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you will be at the heart of theirdining and bar services, ensuringguests enjoy top-notch service and delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves leading and motivating the F&Bteam, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring smooth operations. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be essential in upholding our resort's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring seamless service
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to help develop and update menus
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar and/or restaurant, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail expertise
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
