Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its clients.
This is a temporary position, working Monday - Friday only. The hourly rate is 11.54 per hour and is located in Banbury.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Calling customers who didn't complete their purchase
- Trying to get customers to complete their purchase by building rapport
- Closing the deal with customers
- Providing excellent customer service
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Passion for sales is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Good customer service is required
- The ability to work towards targets and remain determined
- A team player with a positive attitude
