CQC Registered Manager-Ipswich
- Full Time hours
- 62,000 to 65,000per annum- (Depending on Experience and Qualifications.)
- Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm (With expectationsto work the hours needed for the home to run efficiently).
This role could be for you if you have:
Previous management experience in a Nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.
Previous - Good CQC track record.
Longevity in previousroles and a passion for working in care.
*A registered Nurse with valid PIN is desirable but not essential for this position as you will be supported in the home by a Clinical Deputy Manager.
