Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a large healthcare company in Barnsley. Â This role is joining a well-established and close-knit finance team to support on a full time basis during a period of massive growth for the extremely reputable company.

Key responsibilities
- Creating and analysing data using Excel
- Assisting with Month end tasks
- Posting and allocating receipts to customer accounts
- Managing customer accounts
- Looking after the debtors list and contacting customers in regards to overdue payments
- Creating and sending sales invoices
- Sending invoices and statements to customers
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Raising and sending credit notes
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Processing expenses
- Assisting the wider finance team with any as hoc duties

To be successful considered for this role, you will bring the following experience / skills:
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in fast paced office environment
- Relevant experience in a similar accounts role
- Computer literate, confident in using Microsoft Excel
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team with friendly and tactful personality
