PPC MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced paid search marketing specialist who will work in our offices located centrally in Barnstaple.
This is a newly created role aimed at bringing the paid search advertising in-house.
- Salary: £36K - £40K - depending on experience
- Job Type: Permanent
- Monday to Friday - flexitime (part-time and job share would be considered)
- Start date: ASAP
Accident Compensation Helpline is a long-established claims management company and is regulated by the FCA. We provide a marketing service to our panel of specialist law firms throughout the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the performance of our Google Ads account in order to ensure optimal results and increase ROI and business growth. We have a major Google Ads account with a 7-figure budget and so a highly experienced and talented individual is required.
- Analyse performance data to optimize and improve targeting, messaging, creative, and overall performance and increase lead generation.
- Candidates must have extensive experience of managing Search, Shopping, Pmax and Display campaigns.
- Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online marketing, and analyse, review, and provide weekly reports to management.
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends, tools and best practices in order to drive continuous improvement to the business.
- Identify other areas of paid search and marketing opportunities.
- This role will include all the normal paid search management duties.
- The successful applicant will also be assisting with the paid search activities of our fledgling ecommerce luxury homewares company and assisting with other marketing activities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
- Extensive experience of managing Google Ads accounts.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Google Analytics.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - DESIRABLE
- Website optimisation skills.
- Creative content writing skills, innovative and digitally smart.
- Knowledge and experience in SEO.
- Experience in using a web CMS (Wordpress Elementor/Woocommerce).
- Social media advertising experience.
