You will support the leading of Hardware design in support of Mission Systems projects and bids utilising state-of-the-art methods, technology and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle, engineering analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, build and product support.

What you’ll be doing
You will support the leading of Hardware design in support of Mission Systems projects and bids utilising state-of-the-art methods, technology and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle, engineering analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, build and product support.
- Preparing Production Manufacturing Data Packs
- Implementing Configuration Management and control of hardware and documentation
- Obsolescence management
- Preparation of design Data Packs and documentation to support CE / UKCA marking
- Preparation of Engineering Work Package Descriptions in support of Bids and during project execution
- Support SEA products through manufacturing, assembly, installation and service life
The skills you need
- Experience in the design and manufacture of Electro-mechanical Systems
- Modification, fault find and repair of products
- Ability to follow a methodical/systematic approach to analyse and solve problems, identifying key facts and breaking down complex information to components parts
- Full lifecycle experience from requirements decomposition to acceptance and user sign off on multi-disciplinary programmes
