We are working with a fantastic local business seeking a skilled Sales Ledger and Credit Control Administrator to join the team.Hours:Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmPay:£23k - £26k Depending on experienceBenefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Customer files and setting credit limits
  • Posting payments to customer ledger
  • Producing timely reports and debtor information
  • Handling and dealing with queries as they arise
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Building and maintaining rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience

  • PC/keyboard skills are essential
  • Ability to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication
  • Previous admin experience in a sales ledger would be an advantage
