Health and Safety Administrator
- Location: Barnstaple, Devon
- Salary: up to 25,500 per annum

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Devon.
Main Duties
- Support H&S, conduct risk assessments, manage First Aid and Fire Safety budgets.
- Maintain online system, provide regular reports to management.
- Manage register, schedule induction meetings, provide compliance reports.
- Maintain emergency plan, review logs, assist with fire control tasks.
- Monitor and report on evacuation plans.
- Manage process and compliance reports.
- Maintain COSHH templates, review control measures.
- PAT Testing, Audit records, manage testing equipment, test facilities.
- Maintain Defibrillators records and perform checks.
- Maintain register, conduct inspections, follow up on non-compliance.
Requirements
- Great Administration skills
- Health & Safety Training
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and implementation in workplace
- NEBOSH / NCRQ Certificate in Health & Safety
- Full and clean driving licence (with own vehicle)
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
