We are working with a specialist Engineering Consultancy to find experienced Faade Engineer / Structural Engineer to work on a great range of unique construction and sculptural projects.
As Senior Faade Engineer your role will be:
- Execute and coordinate projects, providing high-quality technical design.
- Produce technical design information, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
- Review and approve reports, designs, drawings, sketches, and calculations in accordance with quality procedures.
- Manage the project management and financial control of small and medium-sized projects.
- Support and supervise junior team members.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
- Attend and contribute to design meetings and site meetings, recording actions.
Are you:
- HND/HNC in civil or structural engineering.
- In-depth understanding of structural engineering and faade physics.
- Experience in briefing CAD technicians and supervising junior team members.
- University degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Professional qualification with ICE or IStructE.
- Working knowledge of SCIA and Tekla Building Designer.
