Senior Operations Manager

Looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join a leading Maintenance Contractor on a Permanent basis in Essex

Delivering Repairs and refurbishment works on domestic council properties, we are after someone who is used to managing large teams from Management, office staff and Field Operatives

Day to day duties:

• Lead the day-to-day activity of the project, ensuring quality of delivery in accordance with specifications, project requirements, timescale and to budget
• Develop excellent relationships with client representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Operational responsibility for delivery of multiple works elements, ensuring business and client objectives are met.
• Driving KPI performance, to exceed target where possible.

Essential criteria:

• Extensive project management experience gained in a similar environment including directing resource and cost control
• Experience working on social housing projects at a senior level
• Knowledge of Reactive Maintenance and Planned works
• IT literate, Microsoft project/ Ata Power project or equivalent skills.
