Stephen James Consulting continue to partner with one of their developing elderly care providers, in the search for a Divisional Support Manager (RGN) supporting 7 care homes within the portfolio. 

  • This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.
     
  • As the Divisional Support Manager (RGN) you will be supporting the Director in ensuring our care homes deliver the highest possible standards of care and service.
     
  • Working alongside the HR Advisor and Learning and Development Advisor, you will also support the registered managers with the day-to-day running and development of the home.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and  business targets and KPIs
     
  • Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
     
  • Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.
     
  • To provide strong leadership skills to enhance client’s quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action.
