Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Working with great clients (of course!), managing a varied portfolio across a range of business sectors, working closely with the clients and acting as trusted advisor
Providing a client focussed service, and responsible for development of the portfolio.
Completing complex accountancy work, including dealing with all tax related matters, referring specialist queries where appropriate.
Acting as the main point of contact for the portfolio and stepping in for the Partner/Director in their absence
Supporting the development of team members, providing coaching and mentoring
Responsible for managing success through others and the organising and planning of work based on allocated resources.
Ability to generate own work from an existing client, demonstrating portfolio growth, over and above day to day portfolio responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
  • Preferable ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE
  • Must have some recent practice experience.
  • Interpersonal skills to gain credibility internally and with clients.
  • Client focused at the heart of everything you do.
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Innovative, collaborate and a problem solver.
  • Adaptable and flexible to deal with changing priorities and deadline deadlines
  • Have the right to work in the UK.

Hours - This is a permanent position, either part time or full time, hours and days negotiable.
