This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a friendly team of like-minded technical specialists, and benefit from long-term investment into your technical development. You will be partially responsible for the general maintenance of two distinct properties, with duties including hanging/refixing items, basic plumbing and door maintenance and pool plant operational tasks, for which training will be provided.

This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Technician or Handyperson looking to benefit from flexible working hours, continuous professional development and a promising long-term career.

The Role:

• General maintenance work on two unique properties in Bath
• Standard working week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm etc)
• Will involve working one in every five weekends, which is paid extra, and will have time off given in lieu

The Candidate:

• Will ideally have previous experience of general maintenance on properties
• Will enjoy working independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Will be interested in ongoing development
