One of my clients, who are a family run care organisation, are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for one of the 30 bed services they provide in Beckenham. As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the home and working alongside the Deputy Manager, as well as leading a team of staff of nurses to provide the best standard of care for the residents, whilst in line with the company ethos and values. They provide care for elderly, dementia and physically disabled service users as well as other complex care needs.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- RGN or RMN
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- Good CQC history
- Strong communication and leadership skills
