Ideally you'll be a Nursing Home Manager who is passionate, driven and has a proven track record of improving care homes. You will love to inspire others and provide the best possible care to service users.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:

Overall running of the Care home
Managing budgets
Recruitment of Staff
Relationship building- Marketing the service
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Home Manager Requirements:

Experience leading within a Care Home setting- Must be at least home manager level to be considered
Experience working with Elderly residents
Ideally Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN)
Managing budgets
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
