We are on the hunt for a superstar Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to progress, for a super popular, growing, successful and highly regarded operator.
The role:

- You will be supporting all aspects of the kitchen operation from training to stocks to compliance.
- As Head Chef you will lead a high-performing team and ensure high standards are met and great food is served daily.
The ideal candidate:
- You will be a passionate assistant kitchen manager, sous chef or head chef who has experience within branded restaurants.
- You will have experience working to specs and have great knowledge of all things back of house.
- You will have experience managing and supporting the overall performance of a kitchen in terms of culture, quality, training consistency and profit.
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- The ability to recruit, train, mentor, motivate and inspire your team with a focus on development and internal progression.
- A real passion to provide impeccable service, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience, well-presented dishes, and a great kitchen atmosphere.
- The ability to ensure that the team are working to the highest standards, adhering to all policies and procedures as well as running a busy efficient shift and looking after all back of house duties related to the kitchen - stock ordering, stock control, labour, rotas etc.
Salary & package:
The salary banding for this role of £34,400 + service charge +benefits package.
