Right now, we’re looking to grow our dynamic team with a highly motivated Telesales Executive who has the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of our team, you will be setting new business appointments for our business development executives to attend. We supply world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions and business broadband.

Telesales Executive - Duties

•  Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call lists
•  Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers
•  Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
•  Record and update customer information in the database
•  Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest
•  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
•  Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions
 
Requirements

•  Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
•  Strong phone presence and active listening skills
•  Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  High school diploma or equivalent
