- Collaborate with various departments to establish timelines and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Lead project management efforts for client onboarding, including implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Monitor commercial team performance, analyzing resource utilization and striving to exceed department and firm budgets.
- Provide support to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team to resolve escalated challenges satisfactorily.
- Ensure technical guidance provided to clients is accurate and aligned with their needs.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, including technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct advanced technical research and deliver insights effectively in client meetings or written form.
- Process payrolls when necessary, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards and within deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Knowledge of relevant UK and ROI payroll legislation and industry best practices is essential.
- Expertise in technical compliance and advisory work.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong client engagement skills with experience managing client portfolios.
- Leadership experience, including delegation and team management.
- Networking and business development skills are highly valued.
- Commercial acumen and market awareness.
- Experience with Republic of Ireland payroll is advantageous but not mandatory.
