- Manage your own case load to complete cases in a timely manner.
- Complete cases by gathering the available evidence and data.
- Update and capture relevant data to the case management system accurately.
- Provide accurate responses in a timely and professional manner.

- Adhere to Financial Services Authority and Information Commissioner’s Office guidelines at all times.
- Previous administration experience or equivalent
- Confident processing information with accuracy

- Previous data subject access request (DSAR) experience or knowledge would be advantageous
