Reed Finance is partnered with a long-established engineering and maintenance business in Belfast, in the appointment of a permanent & full time Accounts Administrator.
With over 50 years of trading history, our client is an established Northern Ireland based engineering and maintenance company.
Our client has forged a reputation as a market-leading force in their field across Northern Ireland.
The role:
The role is focused within the remit of Credit Control and Accounts payable.
Reporting to the Financial Director, this is a key role within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Process Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices onto Sage
Reconciling Supplier Statements Posting supplier payments onto system
Liaise with Suppliers to resolve any invoice related issues or queries
Provide admin support to Financial Controller on an ad hoc basis
Reporting to the Director, this is a key role within the team.
About you:
ESSENTIAL
Min 5 GSCE’s including Maths & English
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Competent verbal and written communicator
DESIRABLE
Previous experience in Sage is highly desirable
Previous experience working in busy office environment
MS Excel experience
