Customer Service Advisor - temporary 3 -6 months minimum contractHourly rate - £16.40 plus holiday allowanceMy Glasgow based client operate in the housing sector and are looking for a customer service advisor to join their team with immediate effect. Joining a well-established team you will get full training and have the ongoing support from the management team throughout the onboarding period and beyond. The position of a customer service advisor will be varied and ideally you will have direct housing experience, the below is a list of the daily responsibilities:* Dealing with tenant's applications* Gathering references from nominated referees * Fully screening tenants and chasing up missing information* Following up on an issues regarding rental arrears* General administrative dutiesWhilst this is initially temporary position to help deal with a large backlog of applications their may be an opportunity for permanent employment. This is a full-time position (34.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday) and only those who can work these hours will be considered. Out with this applicants need to be able demonstrate the following experience:* A high level of customer service* Attention to detail* Strong communicator* Organisation* Prioritise workloadIf you are available for an immediate start then this could be just for you, my client will be interviewing on site and any successful candidate will need to provide a full right to work.This position will be fully office based but they can offer flexibility if agreed in advance.
