Are you an experienced valuer looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading estate agency in Belper are looking for a mature property professional to join their team.

The Company:

Our client is a market-leading letting and estate agency covering Belper, Alfreton, and the surrounding areas. They provide a personalised service for clients, whether buying, selling, or renting properties. With a focus on professionalism and commitment, their highly professional team provide expert advice and efficient property valuations. We need someone who can hit the ground running. Qualified appointments are waiting, and the market is hotting up.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be based in our clients Belper office, additionally, there are opportunities to work from/around their Pride Park office.

As an estate agent valuer, some of the duties you would carry out include:

Property Valuation:Assessing the value of residential or commercial properties based on market conditions, location, and property features.

Market Research:Keeping up-to-date with property market trends, analysing comparable sales data, and understanding local demand.

Client Interaction:Meeting with clients, discussing their property needs, and providing accurate valuation reports.

Listing Properties:Maintaining and growing a healthy stock of available properties to sell.

Documentation:Preparing valuation reports, legal documents, and contracts where necessary.

Negotiation:Negotiating property prices with buyers, sellers, and other agents.

Marketing:Collaborating with marketing teams to promote properties effectively.

Compliance:Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience is essentialFull driving licenseAttention to detail, strong communication skills, and market knowledge are essential for success in this role.
