- Acting as Strategic Manager of multiple technologies, specifically injection moulding and assembly cells, including robots
- Development and implementation of the necessary systems, procedures and protocols
- Identifying and selecting the best value technologies, raising Capex justifications and delivering new product lines and improvements
- Preparing annual operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Reporting on line effectiveness, ensuring planned maintenance is in place and completed
- ensuring tooling is serviced, developed or repaired as required to ensure minimal down time
- People management and development ensuring key skills are covered adequately
