Salary: 24,000+ p/a
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Advisor

  • Inputting information and logging conversations on CRM
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Provide technical knowledge about the product with training provided


The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor

  • Minimum 1 years' experience within a customer facing role beneficial
  • Passionate about building relationships with customers
