You will gain expertise in technical customer service support, providing right first time service to their customer base. The Key Duties of the Customer Service Advisor
- Inputting information and logging conversations on CRM
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Provide technical knowledge about the product with training provided
The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor
- Minimum 1 years' experience within a customer facing role beneficial
- Passionate about building relationships with customers
