Nicholas Jon are working with one of the best restaurants in Birmingham, who are looking for a cocktail bartender. This is part of a company who do look after their team, so this is a job where you will be looked after and given all the training you want to make sure you and your colleagues are the best of the best.

The bar is stocked with fine wine and premium spirits, you will need to have a very good knowledge of traditional cocktails and a huge passion for creating new recipes. Being such a reputable restaurant, you will need to have a passion for service, ensuring that the guests time with you is memorable, smooth and most of all, fun! This is such a unique position and as a bartender, you will be able to create stunning, seasonal cocktails and really help develop the drinks list.

In return, you will receive a salary of £28,000 plus generous tips and the opportunity to have a career with progression.
