Maintenance Operative/Handyman/Caretaker - £15ph - Temporary

Birmingham, B4, Duration: 4-8 weeks

Our client is a large Student Accommodation who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to assist and support their skilled Maintenance team. If you have previous Caretaker or Maintenance experience, happy to work as a temp and are available for an immediate start then please apply.

Duties will include:

• UNblocking sinks/showers
• Changing Light Bulbs & Batteries
• Changing locks
• Carrying out reactive Maintenance tasks in occupied and empty rooms
• Repairs and re decoration when required
• Helping with refurbishments
• Moving boxes and furniture & Mattresses
• Grounds Work
• Supporting the Maintenance team
