Tonic are recruiting a Head Chef for our client's unique restaurant and bar in Birmingham City Centre. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You’ll need experience within high volume, managing big teams and overseeing busy services!What are we looking for in successful Head Chef candidates?
