·Working with an Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chef

·Banqueting team/restaurant team/pastry team/breakfast team

·All fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food if possible

·Full input into menu – new dishes /ideas are more than welcome

This Sous Chef role is to head up the Banqueting department – from sit down meals of up to 250, canape partys or VIP 15 x 5 courses.
