The Hotel is a business that comprises a restaurant, main bar, lounge, accommodation rooms, function rooms and a function bar for meetings and events. The Hotel is rated three stars and the client base is an equally balanced mixture between a corporate and leisure client base, both mid-market.
The restaurant offers the choice between sophisticated dining or a vibrant atmosphere in the bar area with its pizza oven as its focal point. The area is conceived for both business and leisure with an extensive wine, drinks and cocktails menu.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the Westmead kitchen team that will also be working in the kitchen assisting with the preparation and creation of dishes.Â
Ideal candidate have prior experience of working with Wood-fired pizza oven,preparing and working with dough or willing to learn.Â
