Sous Chef – Law Firm – Mon- Fri - £45k – Banqueting – Fine Dining
HUGE WORK LIFE BALANCE: A Senior Sous Chef is required for a global law firm in central London. This Senior Sous role is to head up the hospitality/events area creating dishes suitable for fine dining – street food – canapes.
Senior Sous Chef Highlights:
•Salary upto £45,000 pa
•With overtime will be over £50,000 a year
•Monday – Friday
•Daytime
•Occasional evenings that you get paid overtime for
•Fine dining – street food – bowl food – grab and go
•40 Hours (dependent on business)
•You develop the food concept with the Head Chef
•Closed Bank Holidays/Christmas
•Award winning company
You need to have an events/banqueting background and worked in fine dining (ideally Rosette/Michelin)
