Booghe Experiential Toy Scape is an innovative and immersive toy store that aims to redefine the retail experience for children and families. Our store offers not only a wide range of high-quality toys but also a unique and interactive environment that fosters creativity and joy this includes VR/Arcade Experience. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and elevate the overall customer experience.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of Booghe Experiential Toy Scape. This includes managing the team, curating the experiential elements of the store, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless and memorable customer journey.

Responsibilities:

1.Team Leadership:

•Recruit, train, and lead a team dedicated to providing an engaging and immersive experience for customers.

•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

•Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.

2.Experiential Design and Implementation:

•Collaborate with the creative team to curate and enhance the experiential elements of the store.

•Implement strategies to ensure a unique and memorable in-store experience for customers.

•Continuously seek innovative ways to engage customers and create a sense of wonder.

3.Customer Experience:

•Ensure a delightful and interactive shopping experience for customers.

•Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

•Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4.Sales and Marketing:

•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote events or interactive promotions.

•Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform product selection.

5.Inventory Management:

•Monitor and manage toy inventory levels to meet customer demand.

•Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.

•Implement merchandising strategies to optimize sales and product visibility.

6.Financial Management:

•Monitor and manage the store's budget and financial performance.

•Implement cost-control measures while maintaining the quality of the experiential offerings.

•Generate reports and analyse key performance indicators.

7.Operational Excellence:

•Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and store policies.

•Implement and maintain operational procedures to streamline processes.

•Conduct regular assessments of the experiential features for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in Toy retail management, particularly in an experiential or themed environment.

•Strong leadership and organizational skills.

·Minimum 4 years experience toy retail preferably

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Familiarity with inventory management systems.

•Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
