Overview

Our long-standing and well-established client, in the legal sector, are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Cashier to join their bustling team. The office is based in Birmingham City Centre and the team are sociable and welcoming. They are hoping for an applicant with some previous experience as a Legal Cashier or working within a Professional Services environment.The role itself requires an individual that can follow their initiative and take ownership of their workload. General duties include processing payments, monthly bank reconciliations, cash allocation and communicating with clients to ensure balances are kept accurate. Ideally the successful candidate will have some experience in a similar role.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a Professional Services environment would be ideal in order to take on this role
  • Be an outgoing and charismatic individual capable of presenting the business and themselves in the best way possible liaising with senior stakeholders in and out of the business, face to face and over the phone
  • Be used to working at pace, demonstrating the organisational skills to effectively balance many different priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrate instances in which you have been able to add tangible value top directly aid the performance of a business
