HR AdministratorLocation: West midlands, B1 1RFA (Hyrbid)Length: 3 monthsRate:£15 - £19 per hour (Inside IR35)Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - FridayOverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Systems Administrator to join our HR Systems team. This role plays a vital part in supporting key data administration activities across our HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing changes within SAP HCM and Learning Management System (LMS), as well as handling basic second-line support queries related to LMS.Main Responsibilities
  • Perform basic data administration tasks in SAP HCM, including:
  • Maintenance and updates to the Organisational Structure
  • Entry and management of learning data
  • Provide initial support and resolution for basic LMS-related support tickets
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity across systems
Are You the Right CandidateWe’re looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
  • Prior experience working with SAP HCM
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR organisational objects and their attributes is highly preferred
  • A data-oriented individual with a proven track record of performing data administration tasks accurately
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in large-scale organisations (experience within media or public sector is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening - with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
