- Perform basic data administration tasks in SAP HCM, including:
- Maintenance and updates to the Organisational Structure
- Entry and management of learning data
- Provide initial support and resolution for basic LMS-related support tickets
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity across systems
- Prior experience working with SAP HCM
- Strong understanding of SAP HR organisational objects and their attributes is highly preferred
- A data-oriented individual with a proven track record of performing data administration tasks accurately
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in large-scale organisations (experience within media or public sector is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening - with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
