Role Specification:

Key Objectives:

Introduce new customers
Account manage the customers on boarded with a service focus
Conduct tailored sales to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs
Key Responsibilities:

Generate meetings through proactive business development activities and networking
Collaborate with Telecoms account managers to explore cross-selling opportunities for IT products/services
Liaise with the technical team to ensure proposal soundness
Manage the sales pipeline effectively
Act as a point of contact during deployment, ensuring smooth project rollout and positive customer onboarding
Promote cross-selling across the product portfolio
Manage introduced accounts, conduct regular contact, and carry out quarterly account reviews
Stay updated on all product developments to maintain current product knowledge
Utilize the company CRM system effectively
Uphold the company's values, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering a team player mentality
Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a self-generating business development role with an MSP, specialising in selling IT support and other services/products
Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
Driven by achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences
