IT Project ManagerBirmingham - Remote (Onsite twice a month)3 Month ContractOutside IR35£200.00 - £300.00 per day DOEExcellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing, tech focused, start-up company that have just gone through another round of funding and offer a unique autonomous role to help shape the company's growth.This company are specialists within Data Engineering, Data Science and Training Services and have recently secured another $525,000 in funding to accelerate their growth. They have been working with well-known brands like Gymshark, Royal Bank of Scotland, Snowflake and SKY. They are now looking for a Project Manager to assist with IT Change projects.In this role you will create, collaborate, and deliver impactful digital, change and service projects to the C-suite of various clients. You will have keen empathy and influencing skills, building strong and trusting relationships whilst maintaining a successful delivery of projects. You have exceptional time management and organisation capabilities to update internal and external stakeholders on progress, change, risks, and issues.This is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a fast-growing start-up company where you can make this role your own and help shape the growth of the business.The Role:*Develop, maintain and distribute project plans to customers, ensuring tasks are proactively actioned*Identify, mitigate and recommend solutions to risks, issues or changes identified that could impact project success*Work closely with the Head of Delivery to transform strategic objectives into tangible outcomes for clients*Identify and escalate project conflicts or scheduling issues within internal projects*Host project kick-offs, routine check-ins, retrospective and wash-up meetings with clients, providing a feedback loop for continuous development both internally and externally*Create documentation and collateral to support projects, collaborating with internal teams where efficiencies can be made*On-site twice a month (first Thursday and Friday of the month)The Person:*Previous experience in Project Manager roles*Experience working in start-ups, or smaller organisations that are rapidly growing beneficial*You have the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects from discovery through to completion*You have the ability to apply a hybrid project management approach*You are an excellent communicator, and are comfortable engaging and working with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels - both internal and external*You have experience using project management tools, systems, and processes to create timelines, track progress and produce updatesReference Number: BBBH224252To apply for this role or for to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Ryan McIntyre at Rise Technical Recruitment.
