We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to work at a manufacturing facility in Birmingham.

This is a permanent role working as an on the tools supervisor overseeing the mechanical maintenance team.

The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The mechanical maintenance supervisor will be required to:

• Supervise the mechanical maintenance team responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance work
• Understand the various type of equipment int the manufacturing site (pumps, gearboxes etc)
• Interpret and work from technical drawings
• Train and develop team members

Ideally the mechanical maintenance supervisor will have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• A Level 3 qualification in a mechanical engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
