Locality Manager (Residential - Adults L&D)

Duties:

  • Provide medication administration and care to clients in a home care setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for clients
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
