Locality Manager (Residential - Adults L&D)
Duties:
- Provide medication administration and care to clients in a home care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for clients
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate medication administration and documentation
- Compassion and empathy to provide quality care and support to clients
