We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Clients team in Warwickshire on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role involves delivering a hands-on, customer-focused pre-tenancy and early tenancy service, supporting customers in understanding and fulfilling their roles as tenants, and promoting their independence, quality of life, health, and well-being.Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid - 3 days in office, rest from home)Contract: 6 monthsPay: £18-21/hr via umbrellaKey Responsibilities:• Provide pre-tenancy support to encourage sustainable tenancies, including financial assessments and advice.• Assist applicants in temporary accommodation to move into and sustain new tenancies.• Conduct needs and risk assessments to secure appropriate support from various agencies.• Develop and implement personalised support plans to help tenants meet their goals.• Offer practical advice on housing, welfare rights, personal finance, and life skills.• Promote employment, volunteering, education, and training opportunities.• Collaborate with local service providers and partner organisations to offer comprehensive support.• Maintain accurate records and liaise with internal teams and external agencies.• Respect confidentiality and adhere to data protection legislation.• Keep updated on relevant legislative changes and national welfare benefit regulations.Requirements:• Experience in providing tenancy support and financial advice.• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.• Knowledge of welfare benefits and housing regulations.If this role is for you please apply directly or reach out to Tiyana at or for more information.
