We are supporting a fantastic care provider with their search for a Registered Manager into one of their elderly residential homes in Coventry. We are looking to speak to experienced managers who have a full understanding of CQC and other regulatory requirements. You will be passionate about the best quality of care and understand the importance of delivering person centred care for their well looked after residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the management and operation of the home
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to elderly residents
- Managing staff and ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent care
- Maintaining regulatory compliance with CQC standards and other governing bodies
- Managing the budget and financial aspects of the home
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, family members, and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

- Registered Manager with previous experience in care home management
- Strong knowledge and skills in dementia care
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.
